The 2012 GovMark Council Offsite was held November 29-30 at Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Va.

Participants were broken off into random groups to stimulate new ideas.
Teams came up with marketing strategies on the topic of BYOD.
Winners were decided by a text vote.
The top three teams all won new iPad minis.
The exercise led to many innovative ideas.
First place went to the purple team for their Stop the Juggling Act campaign.
