Life After Tradeshows Part II – One Step Further

As we all know, Federal tradeshows are facing reduced attendance and in some cases, closing their doors. Agencies are restricting conference and event attendance as budgets tighten and ethics concerns take center stage. At the GovMark Offsite in December, a group of your peers shared their perspectives and approaches they are exploring to replace the dying tradeshow and conference portion of their traditional marketing programs. Now, let’s take the conversation one step further. As Feds attend fewer shows, how are they keeping up with technology changes and finding new solutions to support their agencies? How/where can we interact with them and offer our input? What’s the best way to get information to Feds and how do they cut through the vendor clutter? And, what are the best forums for engagement, in an increasingly restrictive environment?
